As of May 16, 2012, we are no longer able to ship International orders using USPS due to new restrictions. As stated on the USPS website – “ Effective May 16, 2012, the Postal Service™ will revise Publication 52, Hazardous, Restricted, and Perishable Mail, to indicate that primary lithium metal or lithium alloy (non¬rechargeable) cells and batteries, or secondary lithium-ion cells or batteries (rechargeable), are prohibited when mailed internationally or to and from an APO, FPO, or DPO location. However, this prohibition does not apply to lithium batteries authorized under 349.22 when mailed within the United States or its territories.”

We reserve the right to require that the billing address be the same as the ship-to address. When using a credit card for payment, the billing address and name on that credit card must match the shipping address and name submitted. If the names and addresses do not match, delays may occur until the customer information is verified. Orders identified as potentially fraudulent will be cancelled.
No refunds of any kind will be provided for a used product returned to SPC Racing, this includes SPC LiPo packs. The customer is responsible for verifying pack fitment using the dimensions provided on the pack description page and verifying connector type compatibility with their own equipment. ** A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns of new, unused products. A return authorization is required prior to returning any new, unused product for the applicable refund.
